Depending on the volume of your order, if all pieces come from our season catalog the estimated delivery time is 15 to 20 days within Mexico, US and Canada plus shipping. 

The damage/issue report must be sent within 5 days after receiving the merchandise, a detailed explanation of the issue must be attached showing as much evidence as possible (photos, videos) this helps us identify the problem and give our customers a solution. 

The nature of the fashion jewelry process and the use of a large variety of materials both natural and synthetic, opens a 2 to 3% margin of damaged pieces, which is acceptable in each production lot. 

After receiving the damage report an answer will be followed within 42 hr, determining if the pieces will be returned and replaced or only sending a replacement for the damaged ones. 

Shipping: We will make sure your order is properly packed and has the right documentation for you to receive the pieces as soon as possible. Shipping will be calculated based on the volume of the total order, this will be reviewed with the customer before shipping. Shipping is not included in the price of the piece. It will be calculated at checkout. 

Duties: Duties are not included in the price, customs will calculate these according to the description of the items you selected and will be calculated at checkout. We will provide the proper documentation to the carrier for customs clearance. The carrier selected will handle shipping and customs. Chameleon Studios is happy to assist our customers with shipping logistics, but it is not responsible for shipping and handling.

We use a large variety of materials, from the base metals plated with a thick layer of gold or silver plating, from 19k beads, natural stones, freshwater pearls, resins, among others. You can find details on each of the pieces on each product page. 

Our pieces are plated with a thicker layer of gold than average manufacturers, which makes them durable and long lasting, but because of the nature of the product it is important to avoid spraying or applying products such as perfume, sun block, cream or body lotions directly on the pieces, preferably take them off when exercising, some types of PH might cause a faster deterioration on the pieces. Avoid contact with rough textured surfaces or objects. Store them in a dry, cool place and use a soft cloth to gently clean them.

Yes, the pieces are not affected by water. However, it is important to avoid exposing them to saltwater as it acts as a corrosive agent. If the pieces get wet, it's crucial to dry them thoroughly because water can reduce their lifespan, especially for metals and various materials.

All kinds of plating will wear off over time; that is just the nature of this kind of jewelry, although the lifetime will depend on thickness of the plating, finishing layer and the good care you give to your pieces. Depending on the volume and designs once final samples are confirmed ranges on 45 to 60 days plus shipping. Shipping to the US and Canada shouldn’t take more than 7 days.
